– 5/20 Set the rafters
– 5/27 Non-work Day – Memorial Day Holiday
– 6/3 Set the decking, the tarpaper, shingles, ridge vent & ridge caps
– 6/10 Trim & hardy board
– 6/17 Caulk, paint & posts
– 6/24 Final grading, fence with gates & house numbers
– 7/1 Non-work Day – July 4th Holiday
– 7/8 Walls and ceiling paint, electrical trim out (vent a hood), ac trim out & formica on countertop
– 7/15 Trim paint
– 7/22 Floors & grass sod
