
Beat The Heat
The Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity Beat The Heat program supplies lower-income elderly, disabled and low-income households with infants age 4 and under in Gregg, Harrison and Upshur counties with new window air conditioning units and fans.
An application and $30 Partner Cost Share per set is required. Delivery and installation is provided.

Beat The Cold
Our Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity Beat The Cold program makes electric heaters available for elderly, disabled and households with children under age 6 that do not have an operational heating system in their home. The program is available in Gregg, Harrison and Upshur counties.
A one-page application is required. Heaters are $5 each, with a maximum of two heaters per address.
